Course Description
Join the Snippets of Grace Homeschool Sewing Academy, a welcoming, beginner-friendly sewing program designed for students ages 10 and up. Students enrolled in this section will use one of Snippets of Grace's classroom sewing machines throughout the semester. This option is perfect for beginners who don't yet own a machine or prefer to learn before purchasing one. Throughout the semester, students will build confidence while learning sewing machine safety, proper machine operation, fabric basics, seam construction, pressing techniques, and essential sewing skills through fun, hands-on projects. Whether your student has never touched a sewing machine or has a little experience, they'll be encouraged to learn at their own pace in a supportive small-group environment. Our goal is to help students develop practical life skills, creativity, patience, and confidence—one stitch at a time. Class size is intentionally limited to provide individualized instruction.
