Before class, you should be able to:

Be familiar with your machine's basic controls
A walking foot compatible with your machine is required for the quilting portion of this course.

FROM FIRST CUT TO FINISHED QUILT
Each class builds on the one before it as we work through the entire quilt-making process together.

CUT + PLAN
Meet your pattern, choose your layout, learn rotary cutting, and prepare your first quilt pieces.

PIECE
Learn accurate ¼" seams, chain piecing, and pressing as you begin building your quilt top.
03
FINISH THE TOP
Continue piecing your blocks and rows, match seams, and bring your completed quilt top together.
04
MAKE THE QUILT SANDWICH
Prepare your backing and batting, layer and baste your quilt, and get everything ready for quilting.
05
QUILT + PREP
THE BINDING
Quilt your layers together, trim and square your quilt, then cut and press your binding.
BIND + FINISH
06
Attach and finish your binding, add the final stitches, and celebrate your finished quilt with an end-of-class show & tell.
